About the Role

As The Long Apron Sous Chef you will learn and work with a dynamic team of highly regarded chefs with established reputations. Your primary focus will be to assist in the delivery of an outstanding dining experience for our guests whilst growing your career in an inspiring environment.  

Some of your duties will include:

  • Support the Head Chef to develop creative and contemporary menus;
  • Assist the Head Chef with kitchen operations;
  • Assist with stock control and stock ordering;
  • Coach and lead the kitchen team to increase skill level and ensure the delivery of high quality dishes.

  • relevant qualifications;
  • experience working in a similar establishment (fine dining, a la carte, hatted restaurant);

  • an emphasis on quality and pride in your work;
  • a great work ethic and team player;
  • Commitment, reliability and determination.
