Spicers Vineyards Estate is a luxuriously appointed estate set amongst rolling vineyards and native bushland just two hours’ drive from Sydney. A place where great food and wine provide the perfect recipe for relaxation, Spicers Vineyards Estate provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Set within the property is the well regarded and local’s favourite, Restaurant Botanica. Modern Australian yet regionally distinctive in style, Restaurant Botanica is focused on seasonality and freshness, complimented by an award winning wine list and stunning views of the mountain range and onsite vineyard. We are currently seeking a seasoned and talented Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire our passionate Restaurant Botanica team.
About the Role:
As the Restaurant Manager of Spicers Restaurant Botanica,you will be a hands-on leader who delights in providing our guests with a remarkable dining experience.
Some of your duties will include:
- Ensuring the Restaurant team abide by service standards to provide a high standard of hospitality;
- Assist with ensuring restaurant targets are met;
- Build relationships with local business and new / regular clientele;
- Offer innovative suggestions to promote the restaurant;
- Motivate and drive the restaurant team through ongoing coaching and mentoring;
- Recruit a passionate workforce who uphold and reflect our core values;

To be considered for this role, you will also have:
- Previous experience leading a resturant team
- A passion for selling and achieving targets;
- A passion for good food and wine and providing bespoke experiences for guests;
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;
- A proactive approach and positive attitude;
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required;
- A current RSA
