Located on a gentle rise in the in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland you will discover our award winning, European inspired property Spicers Clovelly Estate. The estate has a reputation for providing charming service, relaxed luxury and exceptional gourmet cuisine.
Set within the property lies our highly renowned and reputable restaurant, The Long Apron. Awarded two Chef Hats in the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Queensland Good Food Guide, one Chef Hat in the 2018 National Good Food Guide, two Chefs Hats in the 2015 and 2016 Australian Good Food and Travel Guide Chef Hat awards, and ranked in the Top 100 Restaurants in Australia by The Australian Gourmet Traveller, The Long Apron is not just a restaurant but a dining experience described as refined, innovative and enchanted.
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a dedicated hospitality guru to join The Long Apron in the Full Time position of Food and Beverage Attendant.
About the Position:
As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for establishing genuine connections with our guests. Some of your duties will include:
- Delivering extraordinary food and beverage service at a fine dining standard;
- Offering advice on menu items and accompanying wines;
- Ensuring immaculate presentation and set up of the restaurant, bar and event spaces;
- Ensuring a magical experience for our guests.

In addition to the above you must have:
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant/a la carte setting
- A current RSA
- Passion for fine food and wine
- Immaculate presentation standards
- Commitment to provide 5 star service
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required
