About the role:
Spicers Sangoma Retreat now has an opportunity for a Duty Manager to join their high performing team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall management of the property; developing and implementing business strategy; and delivering budgeted growth, revenue and profit targets. Given the autonomy and responsibility of this role, a good level of business acumen and a solid understanding of reservation processes and systems including yield management are essential. Key to this is developing a strong and committed team who are able to consistently provide a high standard of service and hospitality.
Given the location of Spicers Sangoma Retreat, you will be required to live within a reasonable distance from the Blue Mountains with your own reliable transport or be willing to relocate to the local area.
