Homage is about purity in produce and process. With an outdoor coal pit, smokehouse, wood-fire, rotisserie, 89 bed market garden, orchard, bee hives and free range farm onsite; Homage is every chef’s dream. Much of our produce is from Hidden Vale itself and anything that’s not, is collected direct from nearby farms. The opportunity:
With a period of unprecedented growth, our team is expanding. We’re seeking team members who want to learn and develop their skills in an environment of talented chefs who take their craft (but not themselves) very seriously! They’re a supportive crew who bounce ideas off each other to create incredibly unique dining experiences. Input from all levels is invited and team development is a key focus of head chef Ash Martin.
