About the opportunity:

As our Hospitality Trainee, your priority will be to learn and develop in hospitality whilst ensuring an exceptional guest experience – each and every stay.  Some of your duties will include assisting with:

• Providing a warm, welcoming arrival at check-in;
• Going above and beyond to exceed your guests’ expectations during their stay;
• Ensuring a positive departure experience with maximum efficiency and minimal fuss;
• Providing general administration support to the business;
• Food & Beverage tasks in our restaurant and during conferences and events;
• Accommodation reservations and enquiries. 

About you:

In addition to the above you must have:

• Be willing to complete a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality Management;
• Demonstrated experience within a team;
• The ability to learn new software and systems;
• Immaculate presentation standards;
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and evenings as required;
