The Long Apron, set within the five-star luxury Spicers Clovelly Estate in Montville, now has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Commis Chef / Chef de Partie to join the team on a full-time basis. If you are looking to learn and work with a dynamic team of highly regarded Chefs who have built their reputations on quality dining experiences, then we have a career changing opportunity for you.
The opportunity:
With a period of unprecedented growth, our team is expanding. We’re seeking team members who want to learn and develop their skills in an environment of talented chefs who take their craft (but not themselves) very seriously! They’re a supportive crew who bounce ideas off each other to create incredibly unique dining experiences. Input from all levels is invited and team development is a key focus of Head Chef Chris Hagan.
The person we’re looking for will have:

- relevant industry experience;
