Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Group Recruitment Consultant to come join our team of HR Professionals at our Head Office, based in Fortitude Valley. The position would suit someone who is happy to work as part of a small team and be responsible for driving our Recruitment strategy.
To be considered for this role, you will be proactive, have a high attention to detail, excellent time management and communication skills and have the following experience and qualifications:
- Hospitality or Tourism Recruitment experience;
- Human Resources experience;
- Ability to manage the full end to end Recruitment Process;
- Human Resources or Business qualifications are preferred.
About the role:
Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will play a fundamental role in our HR team to provide a high level of service and support to our Operations and Head Office.
Your performance will be measured upon your ability to:
- Complete the full end to end recruitment process;
- Development of our Recruitment Strategy each financial year;
- Analyse trends and predict periods of recruitment gaps to ensure Applicants are in the pipeline;
- Focus on reducing our time to fill for both Regional and City based roles;
- Refresh all recruitment collateral for use through internal and external avenues;
- Development and roll out of Interviewing skills training to employing managers;
- Attract applicants through Recruitment Marketing – job boards, linkedin, social media and other;
- Manage the recruitment process for new retreats;
- Build great relationships with General Managers and Heads of Department to scope out job specifications and requirements;
- Constant communication with Applicants and Management on progress of applications and roles;
- Review annual salary surveys for benchmarking for new roles;
- Development and updating of Position Descriptions for new and existing roles;
- Development and updating of interview guides for every role;
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, accommodation and meals;
- Creation and continuation of networking opportunities with community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, and internet sites;
- Management of our Team Member benefits list;
- HR Admin.
