The opportunity:
As the Head Chef, you will be leading a small, multi-skilled team and it is expected that you will lead by example to ensure the overall guest experience continues to exceed expectations. Your responsibility will be for the delivery of all food experiences for the property including: restaurant; bar; functions and events. Responsible for consistently providing a quality and profitable dining experience in line with the vision of the restaurant and as a key member of the management team, you will work closely with the General Manager, Executive Chef and other Heads of Department to ensure the overall success of your team and the retreat.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead one of our restaurants specializing in Modern Asian/ Vietnamese Cuisine in New Farm, Brisbane.
