Your guests are invited to dine inside or enjoy the alfresco experience of a classic Queenslander wrap-around verandah.  A modern Australian menu with a European flair, The Balfour Kitchen is a hidden gem delivering a unique dining experience.

 

About the Position:

As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for establishing genuine connections with our guests. Some of your duties will include:

  • Delivering extraordinary food and beverage service at a fine dining standard
  • Offering expert advice on menu items and accompanying wines
  • Ensuring immaculate presentation and set up of the The Balfour Kitchen, bar and event spaces

In addition to the above you must have:

  • Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant/a la carte setting
  • A current RSA
  • Passion for fine food and wine
  • Immaculate presentation standards
  • Commitment to provide 5 star service
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required
