About the opportunity:
We are looking for a part-time Front Office Attendant/ Food and Beverage Professional, your priority will be to ensure an exceptional guest experience – each and every stay. Some of your duties will include:
- Provide a warm, welcoming arrival at check-in;
- Go above and beyond to exceed your guests’ expectations during their stay;
- Ensure a positive departure experience with maximum efficiency and minimal fuss;
- Provide general administration and financial support to the business;
- Assist with Food & Beverage tasks in our in-house bar and during breakfast service;
- Assist with accommodation reservations and enquiries.
- Delivering extraordinary food and beverage service at a fine dining standard
- Offering expert advice on menu items and accompanying wines
- Ensuring immaculate presentation and set up of the restaurant, bar and event spaces
About you:

In addition to the above you must have:
- Significant front office experience within a high-end or luxury hotel environment;
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team comprised of different personalities and skill-sets;
- The ability to learn new software and systems;
- Immaculate presentation standards;
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
- The ability to recommend and upsell additional products, services, packages and promotions;
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required;
- A current RSA;
