The opportunity:
As the Wedding and Events Co-ordinator of Spicers Guest House, you will be a hands-on leader who delights in providing guests with bespoke experiences. Engaging and driving the team to ensure seamless operations will be integral to delivering an exceptional guest experience – each and every time. A new and exciting opportunity to help get this new property off the ground and launch your team and Guest House towards success.
Reporting to the General Manager of Spicers Guest House, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary 5 star weddings and events, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our treasured clients and guests. By hosting site inspections and liaising with clients; responding to wedding / event enquirers and converting into bookings; building our brand through attendance at exhibitions and networking events; maintaining and building relationships with industry specialists and suppliers; and coordination of weddings and events from contract to end.

The 18-month renovation of the property aligns it with the quintessentially Australian and relaxed luxury experience of Spicers Retreats. While the upgrade will reflect a fresh contemporary facelift, the comfortable and welcoming spirit of the original Guest House will be preserved.
