To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious Chef. You will have confidence in your culinary skill set but also the willingness to take feedback and try new things. Your responsibility will be for the delivery of all food experiences for the property including: restaurant; bar; in-room dining; functions and events.
