The Location:
Specialising in modern Asian cuisine, The Tamarind Restaurant effortlessly combines sweet, sour and spicy flavours and fresh local produce to create original and innovative taste sensations. The restaurant is the hub of the property and is set in a tranquil outdoor pavilion designed to make the most of the peaceful location. Recently awarded One Chef Hat, The Tamarind focuses on the ingredient element, with the restaurant operating on a sustainable and locally sourced philosophy.
The opportunity:
To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious Chef. You will have confidence in your culinary skill set but also the willingness to take feedback and try new things. Your responsibility will be for the delivery of all food experiences for the property including: restaurant; bar; in-room dining; functions and events.

Some of your duties will include:
- Contribute to the development of creative and contemporary menus;
- Assist with kitchen operations;
- Act as a Senior Chef
- Assist with coaching and leading the kitchen team to increase skill level and ensure the delivery of high quality dishes.
