The opportunity:
Due to continuous growth in both retreats, we currently have a fulltime opportunity available for experienced Front Office Professional to join our passionate team.
As our Front Office Professional your priority will be to ensure an exceptional guest experience – each and every stay. Some of your duties will include:
- Provide a warm, welcoming arrival at check-in;
- Go above and beyond to exceed your guests’ expectations during their stay;
- Ensure a positive departure experience with maximum efficiency and minimal fuss;
- Provide general administration and financial support to the business;
- Assist with Food & Beverage tasks in our in-house bar and during breakfast service;
- Assist with accommodation reservations and enquiries.
