The opportunity:
Due to continuous growth and consistent high performance of our award winning retreat we have an opportunity for passionate hospitality guru’s to join our team in the position of Casual Food and Beverage Professional. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager of Spicers Tamarind Retreat, you will be responsible for establishing genuine connections with our guests; delivering extraordinary food and beverage service at a fine dining standard; offering expert advice on menu items and accompanying wines; and ensuring immaculate presentation and set up of the restaurant, bar and event spaces.

To be considered for this role, you will also have:
- Previous experience in fine dining
- The ability to work effectively within a team or autonomously;
- An obsession for the highest standards in cleanliness and extreme commitment to presentation;
- Pride in personal presentation;
- A strong work ethic and commitment to performing your best work every shift;
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;
- A proactive approach and positive attitude;
- Willingness to work weekends
