About the Restaurants:
Spicers Retreats has two spectacular properties in the Hunter Valley, each with their own restaurant. The first is Restaurant Botanica - offering a fine casual dining environment and serving modern Australian cuisine. It’s sister restaurant - eRemo Restaurant is just down the road, and is all about great Italian food and wine!

The Role:
Due to our growth in hotel occupancy and guests visiting our restaurants, we are currently recruiting for a number of Full Time and Casual roles across our two Hunter Valley Restaurants. We are interested in hearing from experienced and passionate people who want to learn from the best in the industry.

Duties:
- Curating an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish;
- Suggest suitable food & beverage options according to guests preferences;
- Taking guest orders and delivering food with a passionate explanation of dish components.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A passion for people, food and wine;
- Previous experience in a fast paced food & beverage environment (essential);
- A current RSA (essential);
- Ability and willingness to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.
